Being an active person since I was a kid and participating in sports events/ competitions in and outside the school has led to commit to be fit, and vow to walk the path to a healthier life.
I have been in the Fitness industry for almost half of my life. Which started with assisting clients in the gym, to teaching personal training and aerobics, aqua aerobics, and everything else
I am a focused person when it comes to training my trainees. I focus on what my trainees’ goals are, what they want to achieve, lessen their apprehensions in exercise, with their safety in mind. I always think outside of the box to give them a personalized workout program which they will enjoy and love to make them commit to fitness and achieve their goals in life.
