BIOGRAPHY
A journey that begins as a mother that gives me a higher goals to achieve, when I first joined Fitness First I remember imagining myself wearing the uniform of our personal trainer and thought of myself helping clients to achieve their goals and this is where my journey begins.
It was indeed a lots of hard work and motivations to become physically fit, I start joining different Marathons and Races to improve myself confidence and become competitive, I also Starts to attend trainings and seminars that can enhance my knowledge and skills, I want to become a better version of me every day to be able to help others to be the best version of themselves.
"Nothing is really impossible as long as you have set your mind that you will do the impossible" Becoming fit and staying healthy is your best weapon to face daily life's challenges.
